Services described

Pages describing store performance reporting, sales trend analysis, multi-store briefings, and seasonal reviews are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee schedule.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and branding belong to Sitebloomcore or its licensors. Client data and the final report packs produced under a paid engagement belong to the client as set out in the engagement letter; Sitebloomcore retains methods and templates used to produce reports.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing commercial reuse, or submit unlawful material.

Liability

Report packs reflect the sales files and attributes you supply. We are not liable for decisions made solely on incomplete exports, nor for trading outcomes after you act on a briefing. To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Sitebloomcore’s liability for website use is limited to direct damages not exceeding HK$1,000.
