Why we use it

We process enquiry data to respond to reporting requests, prepare estimates, and—if you engage us—to deliver store performance reporting or related analysis. Legal bases include contract steps you request and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice in Hong Kong.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are usually deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Engagement records and invoices are kept for up to seven years to meet accounting and legal needs. Sales files you supply under contract are retained only for the engagement period plus a short archive window stated in the engagement letter.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use email or hosting providers who process data on our instructions. Client sales files are not used for marketing.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Hong Kong. If a processor stores data elsewhere, we seek appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with Hong Kong privacy expectations.
