Fees follow store count, history depth, and how often you need packs delivered. Figures below are starting guides in Hong Kong dollars; scoped estimates follow a short intake.

How estimates are built
We ask for store count, export format, and whether you need Wan Chai briefings in person. Incomplete category maps add setup time on the first cycle; once IDs are frozen, recurring months stay leaner.
Deposits
Project work (trend studies and seasonal reviews) usually requires a 40% deposit to reserve the analysis window. Recurring reporting is invoiced monthly in advance after the baseline month.
What we do not price
We do not sell software subscriptions, seat licences, or hosted live dashboards as a product. If you need those, another vendor is a better fit; we can still write periodic reports from exports you already produce.
